Oceanfront luxury 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, close to downtown

This luxury seaside home is the perfect place to find rest and relaxation during your stay in Sitka. Centrally located between the airport and downtown, the house is designed for easy living and spectacular views. You'll enjoy watching the changing tides and skies, the sea life popping up in the cove, eagle and raven antics and the occasional jets and small planes come and going. But don't worry about air traffic noise, the homes high end windows make the house incredibly quiet.

This rental is equipped with a gourmet kitchen and tastefully decorated living and dinning room that overlook the ocean. Indoors you will find Alaska treasures and reading material throughout the house. The bedrooms are quiet with darkening curtains for the most blissful sleep.

The waterfront can be accessed down a paved ramp to the beach. Here you can launch kayaks, swim or even try your luck at catching a fish right from the shore!

Do as much or as little as you feel. Mariner's Rest can be your home base while you explore and your cozy retreat to relax with a good book or movie.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my spouse for three nights. It's a beautiful custom house. Everything in it is high-end, including the artwork. The views are AMAZING. All of the furniture is very nice and comfortable. I can't wait to return.
