Welcome to our spacious and modern holiday home located at the Lagada Resort, in Makry Gialos, in the beautiful unspoilt southeast of Crete.

Accommodating up to 6 people + 1 baby, it is particularly suitable for families and groups wishing to enjoy a comfortable stay near the sea.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 furnished balconies and a large private rooftop with a beautiful view of the Libyan Sea.

🛏️ Sleeps

On the ground floor:

* a double bedroom with en-suite shower room;
* a bedroom with two single beds;
* Independent air conditioning in each room.

Upstairs:

* a comfortable and air-conditioned lounge;
* a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to 6 people;
* a wood stove to also enjoy the house out of season.

🍳 Equipped kitchen

The kitchen has in particular:

* dishwasher;
* washing machine;
* oven;
* microwave oven;
* refrigerator;
* equipment necessary for the preparation of meals.

A hairdryer is also available.

☀️ Rooftop, balconies and swimming pools

The large private rooftop is one of the main assets of the house. You can have your meals, relax and enjoy the view of the Libyan Sea.

The house also has three furnished balconies, offering several outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun and the mild Cretan climate.

Occupants of the house also enjoy access to the two communal swimming pools at the Lagada Resort.

The swimming pools are shared by the occupants of the complex and are not private to the house.

🏖️ The beach on foot

A beautiful natural beach is about 250 metres away, easily accessible on foot.

About 2 km away you will find the village of Makry Gialos, with its restaurants, taverns, bars, shops, equipped beaches, family activities and water games.

In the other direction, about 2 km away, there is also a beach club with a furnished beach, ideal for a relaxing day by the water.
