Villa "L'antica Lugana" is located right next to the lake in Sirmione and offers a wonderful view of the lake directly from the property. The villa, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room with 2 single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Amenities available include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, fan, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and TV. The highlight of the villa is the private outdoor area with a garden and 2 balconies. The villa is just a few steps from a supermarket and only 400 meters from the Sirmione thermal baths. Semplicemente perfetto, totale relax e tranquillità

Pros: La casa è meravigliosa, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, massima privacy dal giardino e in zona tranquilla ma ben servita di ristoranti, raggiungibili anche a piedi. È il posto ideale dove staccare la spina e godersi il relax del lago, stando comunque a due passi dalle comodità. Monica e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili, facendoci trovare taralli e una bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo e persino un pensiero per i nostri due bimbi, sicuramente ci torneremo!

Tolle Lage vom Haus ABER….

Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde.
