Brand new apartment with a relaxing outdoor area where you can spend wonderful family moments.
Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a comfortable peninsula for dining in comfort.
Comfortable sofa bed and a very useful storage unit with a bunk bed that is barely noticeable when closed and doesn't take up much space when opened.
Large double bedroom with a beautiful window overlooking the garden, a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Beautiful private outdoor space with a table, armchairs, and loungers where you can spend truly relaxing moments.
The apartment overlooks a public park, so there's absolutely no noise and you feel completely immersed in greenery. However, just turn the corner and a few steps away you'll find the shared swimming pool, also surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, where you can set up loungers and sunbathe.
The proximity to the lake is also very convenient, just 500 meters away, so you can get there with a quick walk.
