Located in the heart of the elegant Residence Caesar in Sirmione, this refined flat overlooks a lush park surrounded by greenery and a splendid lake view. An oasis of tranquillity and comfort, ideal for relaxing holidays with your partner, family or friends.



The flat is arranged on two floors and offers ample space with attention to detail. On the first floor you can find a large furnished terrace with lake view, perfect for panoramic breakfasts; a large open space living area with fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and spacious dining table and a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all comforts.



On the upper floor there are two bright and cosy double bedrooms with a fully equipped external bathroom also with washing machine and a small additional sofa bed for more flexibility.

From the rooms you can access a long balcony from which you can admire the view of the lake and the surrounding greenery.



On the balcony there is a convenient outdoor barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining with a view. In addition, the accommodation offers air conditioning in every room, heating, free Wi-Fi and a private garage.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung

Die über eine geländerlose Treppe erreichbare Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Anlage und ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Großzügiger Balkon mit Loungemöbeln und schönen Blick auf einen Park - und über den Parkplatz zum See. Es war sehr schade, dass wir den der Wohnung zugeordneten Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Der Treppenleiter verfügt nur über 2 Stufen im ganz oberen Bereich, was das Aussteigen für uns unmöglich machte. Für Kinder, Jugendliche und sehr sportliche Erwachsene wohl kein Problem.
