Upon getting ready for bed, I noticed bed bugs in the room. I was so disgusted, I let management know I would not be staying and wanted a refund. As of now, they denied my refund and are still open today. Public health violations everywhere
This place should rent by the hour, if you know what I mean. Stark rooms. The bathrooms look like they were last done in the 50s. Was OK on cleanliness but this is below no frills. If you have an option to go somewhere else you should do so. The lobby was all tore up, and the carpets were dirty.
The property had bike chains of some sort around the door. No amenities. No breakfast. No coffee. Nothing. The towels were dirty looking. Construction all around the hotel. Smell of pot permeating throughout the hallway

Just went for the cheapest stay in town on Expedia because we needed a place to stay for the night. Definitely cheap. Was what we were expecting. Slept great!

From gang members in the hallway to children running around all night, this is not the place to be. They should have paid me and gave me a couple guns to sleep with

Place is so outdate. Carpet stain and terrible. Dont look like much maintenance done. Poor parking area and space to get around with vehichle.pop machines dont work. Security doors dont lock. Anyone could get in the premises..
Our non-smoking room absolutely reeked of smoked. The queen bed was only a double. The hot tub, pool, and free breakfast were closed. Wish we would’ve paid extra to stay somewhere decent.
This hotel was disgusting. It smelled and when I got into the room, my bare feet stuck to the carpet. Had to cancel my stay and find a different hotel.
the parking lot had huge pot holes and many of them you couldnt park by your room and there wasnt alot of parking either the the doors i used had tape over the door so anyone could walk in without a key there was always people by doors smoking and just hanging out there were there were also cars parked that were undriveable in current condition the hallways looked clean until you got closer same with the room but could be just age def would not even touch the shower curtain let alone take a shower only 1 lock on door (deadbolt) no alarm clock radio i have never seen that before had to go to 3 dif stores to buy a can of disenfectant before i sat in chair or bed i understand whats going on today (corona) but def i believe would not have made a difference o and no ice machine and the main thing was my security i did not feel safe i truely felt like i was being watched and looked on as prey for being robbed by the loitering people by the doors they just didnt go out for a smoke they hungout there i stayed in my car alot and moved it at least 4 times have never ever felt that way anywhere it was so much so that i really thought that the check in clerk might be involved i just didnt know there was always people in the office and when someone would check in they would leave but then go back in after the guests would leave of course thats just speculation but i did feel that way i just didnt feel safe at all

This place is showing it's age. It is in bad shape and has become an extended stay hotel offering monthly rates. My big issue was the condition of my room. My door did not fit properly. Specifically, my door was too small for the door frame. There was a half inch gap between the door and the frame. People could see into my room!

You get what you pay for
The staff was great and did their best. It was alright for the price. But I did have a few issues with my door keys not working. The hot tub was only useable about 30% of the times that I tried to use it. And the shower in my room was like a tiny trickle of water, not very efficient. It's a decent place for a short stay but I wouldnt do it for a 9 day trip like i did again unless it was the only affordable option

There were water stains in the bedroom all about the bed from I'm assuming a previous water spill the bed was close to be a king size and it was a double and when I went to the front counter to talk about certain things they just treated me like I didn't matter

Place to sleep, clean, but old, kept up fairly well, breakfast not like large chain hotels, but didnt expect that. Good home cooking restaurant next door. Excellent pool and hot tub, enjoyed my stay.

The room was in rough shape. The outlet cover was broken in half, as was another cover in the bathroom. The room smelled like chlorine and the pillows had a terrible smell as well. Ended up leaving 5 minutes after Check in

Not sure what room they pictured, but mine was NOT even close to that. Headboard was scratched up, the walls had peeling paint, the door had obviously been pried open numerous times and outlet plated broken off, and the security chain had been busted off I counted 4x.

Red roof disappointment!
This property is not at ALL as pictured or described online! It’s very run down, there was a drunk girl slumped in the hallway, and the carpet had not been vacuumed in our room.
The wifi didn’t work and it looked like someone had punched the screen!
Would not recommend this property to anyone!!
First off the staff is extremely rude..
Second they dont communicate with the next worker
Thrid they tell you one thing and then tell you the opposite
Forth.. gave a room key to a guy who was not on the papers.. we had no males on our list.
