Thank you for staying with us. We know some of our decor is a bit dated. However, we are in the middle of a full renovation and are working on many great upgrades to the rooms. By the end of the year, we hope to have renovations completed, we hope you will come back and stay with us again soon.

Property appears to be old, dark and dingy. In my opinion, the property is in desperate need of room renovations. Pillow case had spots. Front desk manager was excellent.

Our room renovations will be starting soon. We recently completed our new exterior of the building and signage. We are just waiting on materials to arrive to begin our new modern look, here at the Homewood Suites. I am very glad you enjoyed our service. Thank you for staying with us.

The Price of the room was good. The hotel is showing its age with paint pealing around door frames. General wear and tear in the rooms. The staff was nice and courteous and very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool and having a 2 room suite was very nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay

The service was good but the property needs updated and new furniture. The bed was not comfortable and there were several stains on the furniture.

I am so glad you enjoyed our service and amenities. I just wanted to assure you, we know that some of our hotel is dated and in need of a refresh, which is coming soon. The exterior part of the building was completed this fall, and our entire interior will be undergoing a full refresh with new furniture, wall coverings, flooring and more! Our suite heater stopped working and was blowing in ice cold. Our room during the night got down to 38' not even joking about that. Hotel staff gave us two space heaters since whe had a two bedroom suite. One heater did not work. They would not send someone to fix it or move us into another room. Many guest had this issue and had to leave their room door open to allow the heat in from the hallway! Never staying here again.

I am very sorry that the sub zero temperatures and strong wind caused a problem with the heating unit in the room. In past occasions when extreme conditions had occurred the solution of space heaters worked well for the guest. I am sorry that we did not have any other rooms we could offer due to being full. We will work with expedia to find a solution to correct the problem and make it right by you.

The property needs a over haul the cabinet are look dirty and old the entry door you would have to push closed The table was wobbling the seats at the table cushions where split the chair in the living room was black on the arms

Mold and mildew…
Rooms have moisture issues with their windows. Our first room had wall paper falling off the wall below both windows covered in mold. When we complained, they moved us to another room, while the wall paper was still attached in that room, you could still Nell mold/mildew, and within a couple of hours someone was issued the room we were originally in. There were also dishes in the dishwasher that weren’t our dishes. For the cost, definitely not worth it…keep looking, there are better options…

Great option for hospital trip.
Trip for my surgery at Sanford. Easy access to hospital, restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. Had 2 bedroom suite which was great for my husband and I and a family member who came along to drive us home as my husband is unable to drive. Shower chair provided for tub. Sitting room was great for non sleep time. Only issue was with temp control. one bedroom controlled bedroom and sitting room. Sitting room controlled other bedroom. So not good for that bedroom.

The room was very clean. The internet was not too good and being able to cast your devices to the tv was complicated and was not nit able to do it. Very comfortable room. They have a suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms plus a pull out couch. Full mini kitchen.

Thank you for your feedback. With the feedback you gave, I am wondering if you had us confused with another hotel. I watched our front desk cameras for the entire day of your check in, and there was only one extended period of time more than 5 minutes where the front desk person was away helping a guest, and no one waiting in the lobby during that time. I am very sorry you had this experience, but I don't believe it was the Homewood Suites that happened at. Our staff works hard to ensure a smooth and quick check in for our guests.

When I arrived, I stood at the counter for over a minute before the person, who was at the computer acknowledged my presence. No welcome, no smile. I don't think it was her fault, necessarily. The staff just doesn't seem like they've had any training in the hospitality business. Then, after an 18 hour drive, went to take a shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty. You can do better!

Several exposed electrical wiring units in courtyard from ground level broken yard lights was the biggest item. What a hazard to any child who happen to pull on the wires. Plugged kitchen sink with inoperable disposal, open service panel on in-room air conditioner unit was also special.

Arrived after 3pm and the room still wasn't ready. The staff was rude. The building is going through remodeling outside which is desperately needed but they've neglected the lawn and parking lot. There's holes in the gravel and the grass is over grown and unkept. This hotel also has an extra charge for if you purchase something at the "store" they have. They charge you just in case you want some overpriced items they have which is ridiculous to me. This hotel is really outdated. The rooms inside are old with dirty torn and stained furniture.
