Harder bed. breakfast at 7am to late.
Bed on the hard side. What was nice is that breakfast started before 7am. If something was out there early I would not go to Fairfield. The morning setup was great just before the 7am.

Great spot in Sioux Falls
Great spot to stay in Sioux Falls close to the airport. The shuttle was a huge plus! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant beside the hotel was also a great stop.

Front desk could be more helpful but great hotel
Great hotel. Very clean, modern, comfortable room with nice amenities. Comfortable bed. I highly recommend it! It isn’t close to restaurants or shopping. Very convenient for a huge sports complex nearby My only complaint — The front desk clerk didn’t know how to deal with Hotels.com to make a change and told me to contact them if I wanted to. I had to get hold of them so they could tell him he could make the change with no problem. It just caused a delay and I was surprised he didn’t care to find out how he could assist when I was the only customer he was dealing with. (Hotels.com was GREAT to work with!)

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, room was prepared for us, ac on, lights. Breakfast was okay could have been little hotter was on cool side of warm but that is only complaint.

Highly recommended for anyone who has a tournament or event at Sanford Pentagon. The hotel is across the street from the sanford pentagon building. Easy walk to tournaments being held there. The restaurant blue rock and grill is also 1 block away from the hotel and pentagon. Booking here made my entire event walkable and stress free. Great when I needed to stay with my younger son in the hotel and stream a game. It was reassuring knowing my 14 yr old could easily walk across the street between games and vice versa. Parking was always available for me and easily accessible.

We only stayed one night to break up a drive but it was perfect for what we needed. Check in was easy, staff were nice, place was clean, hot tub and pool were refreshing, overall good experience. Would recommend.

It is so convenient to stay across the street from the Pentagon when the kids are playing in a tournament. The lobby area is great to gather before and after games.

I’ve stayed at A LOT of hotels and this has been the easiest and most pleasant check in by far. Seems trivial but it was super fast, staff was super friendly and very convenient access from car to room - which is great because it is currently -4 degrees out and blowing snow! Room is impeccably clean and it was nice and toasty when I got in.

Very much enjoyed the vicinity to the Sanford pentagon, and the airport. Very welcoming hotel. Staff was quite friendly, and breakfast was very well served.
