Room was very clean. Service in Belgium overall including this hotel is absolutely terrible. The entire building must be set to either cool or heat. Rooms are not able to be independently adjusted. As a result all 4 rooms were very warm.

Right next to Brussels Midi station this hotel was an ideal choice for my one night in Brussels before an early train to London. The reception people were excellent and helpful.
