The dining room has a large dining table with five chairs. The entire accommodation is comfortably heated by underfloor heating.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. There is a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, filter coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and a large selection of dishes. A washing machine is located in a separate room.
