"I had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and approachable, which made check‑in and any questions throughout my stay really easy. I also appreciated being able to use the ironing board in the laundry room, and the staff were kind enough to store my medication in their fridge. The location worked perfectly for me. The train station is only a five‑minute walk away, with direct trains to Bruges and Antwerp, and there’s a bus right outside the station that takes you into Ghent. I also enjoyed the 20‑minute walk into the city. The hotel was clean, housekeeping came every day with fresh towels, and the WiFi was reliable. My room had a TV and air conditioning, which made it comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a very positive experience."

So make your bed and tidy up after yourself. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the city, so conveniently situated. But it is on a street that is pretty shabby. Staff were friendly. The communal areas are modern"
