In the appartement itself there was no functioning lamp in the upper room, no warderobe (because it was completely demaged) and only one functioning power outlet. The apartment has no WiFi and the TV‘s power cable was too short to reach to the power outlet. The second person has to be an acrobat to come into the bed, because it's so near at the sloping...

Promise of a refund, after ringing them. 10-15 days to process - in this day and age? Not expecting it to come through. Also, information re the property is incorrect, garden area not maintained, lots of spaces not cleaned, bathroom smells of drains, and fairly dangerous set of stairs down to bathroom and toilet (narrow treads, and no railing)."
