Apartment 'Oase Der Gemütlichkeit' with Shared Garden

Our modern, fully furnished and equipped apartment is in a very central location in Singen.

Shopping facilities from supermarket (Rewe approx. 200 m), butcher (100 m) to bakery and pizza restaurant are within easy reach.

In 2.5 rooms there is enough space for up to max. 3 persons. The newly renovated rooms are bright and flooded with light thanks to their large windows. Combined with the wonderful, spacious layout, the apartment exudes a relaxing atmosphere. Our accommodation has its own kitchen, which is ideal for self-catering.

The newly fitted bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin and WC. A washing machine is also available for our guests.

The living room and bedroom are quiet and face the inner courtyard.

Of course, the living room is equipped with a television connected to cable TV. The couch, with its exquisite design, is an eye-catcher and can be transformed into a sofa bed with a flick of the wrist.

The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The cold foam mattress ensures a restful night's sleep. The chest of drawers and closet offer sufficient storage space, which also provides enough room for long-term stays.

The central location of the city center allows you to reach all important points such as the train station, bus station, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies, as well as the largest shopping malls in Singen within a maximum of 8 minutes on foot.

Singen lies in the middle of the largely untouched Hegaulandschaft with its volcanic mountains crowned by castles. Gentle hills and green meadows in the immediate vicinity of Lake Constance make the Hegau an ideal vacation paradise.

Many cultural events make your stay in Singen and the region unforgettable. The biggest event in Singen itself is probably the annual Hohentwiel Festival on Germany's largest fortress ruins, where world-famous musicians perform. Neighboring towns such as Radolfzell, Constance and the beautiful Höri offer a wide range of activities of all kinds.

Hardly any other town has the advantage of being embedded in such a beautiful landscape and yet being so easily accessible.

The railroad, main road and highway intersect here: Lake Constance, the Upper Danube Valley, the Black Forest, the Jura, the university town of Constance, the flower island of Mainau, the Swiss Thurgau with Schaffhausen and the world-famous Rhine Falls - Singen's doorstep is home to attractive destinations for vacation trips and day trips.
