Die gehobene Wohngegend (man hätte das Fahrrad auch ohne Sorgen draußen stehen lassen können) und die Nähe zur Innenstadt ( mit dem Fahrrad max. 5 Minuten). Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren gut zu erreichen (direkt klingeln und persönlich gesprochen).
