Travelling solo, not realising that the room I'd booked was window-less and quite pokey. There was no other room available at that rate, so I opted to upgrade. Also, the fire alarm went off briefly for two of my four nights there. No staff to reassure you that there it was not an emergency. Reception desk staff were excellent and helpful with various queries. Location was ideal.

Very centrally located and convenient to downtown. Walking distance from Bugis metro stop so travelling around and to the airport was great. Quite basic, no lounges or breakfasts but it delivered super value and convenience.

Loved it here! Very comfortable and pleasant! The service is great to! The location was fantastic as it was very accessible to Bugis, and from there to other places in Singapore! Highly recommend.

Nice little hotel with helpful staff.

I was not expecting luxury but got everything needed. Small but comfortable and extremely clean room. Housekeeping staff left the room immaculate. The free mini bar is a nice touch. I would stay here again if in the area.

Family with a toddler.

It was one night stay to fly next day. I will not recommend this hotel, it was pricey and the restroom was dirty and moldy. They also need to take care of the AC, I could see a layer of dust. It is well located and I believe this is the reason for the price.

Just a hotel where you only want to go to sleep, nothing else. Wifi is slow, disconnects all the time. Can't do proper work in between. My view was a wall. Sheet had holes. No store in the hotel or anything, lucky some 7 eleven next door. Not worth the price per night.

Great location but thats where it ended. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, the room had a king bed and a single. Informed they didnt supply beds for more than 3 people and an extra bed would cost $55 per night. The beds were like rocks, and the duvet not the correct size for the bed. Poor quality curtains and no double glazing meant for a noisy night due to the busy road. Disappiointing overall particularly in consideration of very positive stays at other NuVe branded hotels

location is very central, close to mall, restaurants, bus stop, etc. room was cleaned and decent size. shower area was small and the water kept going outside. staff were helpful, 24 hours. bed was comfortable. overall good experience, recommend it for a single person.
