This was very terrible very dirty The night I stay with no AC I have to move out and mainly I go down and come in with them. They don’t do anything. They cannot change the room need my money back. I have all the evidence I tried to contact Expedia. No one respond me back yet this is terrible customer service. I need someone contact me soon as possible. I drove a lot. This is the first time happened to me. I go with family eight people or my kid. We have to move out in the midnight 1 o’clock in the morning

Terrible !!

Not a place to stay with family. Ants everywhere in the room. Also on beds. Beds very uncomfortable. It was like a jail cell.

交通很方便，與友人住同一旅舍一間房4人床位3人住，友人提早回香港後，我住的是女子6人床位房，才知無床簾圍着，無獨立床燈，這欠缺私隱。另公共可坐的空間夾窄，是一條小行，吧台式面貼牆坐位，那小行也是電梯出入地方。

Hôtel médiocre mais personnel au top

Hôtel bien situé mais il faut renouveler la literie car tout grince ! Des plaques de bois servent de sommier et font énormément de bruit ! Toilette cassé et partie du meuble de lavabo manquant.le coin petit dej est vraiment plus que minuscule : 4 tabouret et une étagère servant de table pour tout l’hotel!!! De plus il est mentionné petit dej inclus mais il fait payé son lait et son eau. Aucun jus de fruit , café en poudre . Juste dès paquet de pain de mie et un toaster pour griller le pain( 2 tranches mac à chaque fois ) pour tout l’hotel. Maintenant parlons des points positifs car il y en a aussi ☺️: personnel au top et très serviable 👍, emplacement nickel dans Little India , commerce à proximité et métro juste à côté. Chambre propre et bien aménagée pour 5 personnes . Réceptionniste donne de bons conseils pour les sorties .

Not great , not terrible

Location is amazing . Great restaurant downstairs . The room could have been more clean . The bed sheets didn’t seem thoroughly washed , dirt and garbage under the beds , breakfast cups and plates were not well washed . Breakfast was just toast and butter / jam / peanut butter and only 3 stools to sit down at for the whole hostel , so crowded and not very comfortable . Overall we weren’t too impressed with this place but it is doable for the location if you can get a good rate

Location good and convenience Downtown line and bugis MRT within walking distance. The set back is the air conditioner position blown directly at you if you sleep on the upper bunk.

bon rapport qualité prix, mais très exigu

- dommage que les lits superposés en métal couinent à chaque mouvement, ça gâche tout ; - le petit déjeuner très bof : pain de mie et beurre de cacahuète ou confiture de fraise, thermos de café et de thé ; - ils ont refait la peinture de l'étage pendant la journée, l'odeur chimique est restée 24h dans la chambre : beurk ! - ils faisaient des travaux dans une autre chambre pendant une nuit : bruits de perceuse et de marteau... C'est quand même pas top ; - l'espace dans les chambre est très restreint mais ce n'était pas une surprise, je n'aurais en tout cas pas aimé la partager avec des inconnus ; + WiFi OK ; + la climatisation marchait très bien + la salle de bain était très propre et fonctionnelle ; + le rapport qualité prix était très satisfaisant ; + l'emplacement proche des stations Jalan Besar / Rochor est parfait et on mange pour pas cher dans le quartier.

Very happy family stay (11 people)

Excellent location. Clean room (airconditioned) and bathroom (with hotwater). Helpfull frontdesk staff. Only cons is that the common area tends to be crowded during breakfast time, unless you can wake up early.
