Good stay. The staff is extremely friendly, both at reception and in the rooms. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels and toothbrushes changed! Just beware of the neighborhood, which isn't the best, so I wouldn't recommend it for a single woman or a family.

Hotel was good. One of hotel staffs named, Andrew helped me when I had a difficult time. When I arrived in Singapore, my phone was not connected at all. When I told him about my situation, he did let me use his personal mobile phone to make international call, but he did not even ask for extra charge. It was very nice of him that he did let me use his phone. He was my life saver. The connection problem was solved, and I could enjoy my time in Singapore. Thanks to him :) I would book this hotel again if I visit Singapore again.

Quick check in staffs are friendly and helpful. Only one thing the hotel supply toothbrush a bit too hard, I am worrying my filled teeth. So I bought super soft toothbrush from outside store .
