It was great except of one customer that did not respect other people’s sleep. The individual was very disrespectful and agressive.

Beginning with the first service which is the check-in, there were nobody to receive the visitor nor to make the visit ! Except for the chaotic check-in, the place is doing its best to offer affordable accommodation which means : the place is initially not design for hosting despite the appreciated included : - breakfast that could be better - instant coffee/tea offered all day long - directions to reach the staff on arrival should that person to be in another apartment. I haven't got the towel and putting down air cooling went necessary. The feeling is : no matter what, since you already have paid, we just let you be captive.

When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which was not fun. Most guests were nice, but it seems that this place attracts the type while will turn on the hostel ceiling light when people are trying to sleep and people who leave their ringers on and take phone calls while in the bedroom. The place wasn’t gross or anything, but I would recommend booking someplace that costs slightly more. This was not worth the lower price.
