Fine hotel.

Really nice hotel, within walking distance to shopping centre, not too far from the airport if you are doing a stopover as I was. Fair way from the city if you’re not though.

Slightly above average hotel. Resturant has limited operating hours & item range. Bathtub smells-probably from stale water! Floor walkways between rooms has heavy 'dampen' smell and with no or little AC operating > hence the smell

Helpful staff who try :))

Staff were helpful. The room was not expected as previously had a bath tub but still comfortable bed. The balcony had chairs but I couldn't use them as the door was locked? Staff is helpful and polite they did try to arrange help when needed. Was actually hospitalized midway in stay and staff tried to facilitate as much as possible. Housekeeping a bit haphazard when I asked for extra bathmat as floor was wet but they did try to provide what I asked for just forgot the tissues.

*Location: A bus stop close to the airport, crossing the East West Line and the Circle Line, and a 1-5 minute walk away, allows you to travel to all Singapore attractions and destinations. *Service: All employees responded immediately. Water and cleaning were also provided every day for the number of people booked. *FACILITY: The facility is not up to date. But the bed is very soft and nice. Construction is underway because the surrounding area is under development, but unless you are in a hotel all day, you won't be disturbed in the morning and at night. *Convenience: A very large shopping mall is adjacent to the subway station, there is a 24-hour Hawker Center, and convenience stores and gas stations right in front of you! Hawker Center food is delicious and cheap, so don't move far and eat here! Orange juice is so good. *Disappointment: No ventilation (for Singapore and Malaysia 3-4 star accommodation and most families), it is not suitable for couples seeking romantic travel. There is no night view! But how about staying overnight at Marina Bay Sands Hotel or Fullerton Bay for a cheap reservation? If I go to Singapore again, I think I'll choose again. I am Korean. I knew that transportation was convenient because it was my second trip to Singapore, and I chose the accommodation considering that I had to arrive in the evening and move to the airport in the morning, and I was very satisfied.

The worst Hotel experience I ever had in Singapore

1. It doesn't worth to pay 210SGD/night for this facility at all. 2. Bad location, next to the junction of highway, whenever the cab coming to pick up or dropping you to hotel, before that, the cab will be facing heavy traffic jam. Especially, recently there is construction work on progress which building surrounding the hotel, also bringing the big noisy during day time. 3. Extremely disrespectful attitude and bad manner from all employee, bad face always when you're asking for anything or try to understand anything from hotel. 4. Facility and appliances are extremely old. The lift has very bad sensitivity when scanning the room key, the worst thing is that even from your room floor to lobby floor, it requires room key scanning, and it get ~50% chance that the key is not scanned properly and you will be stuck in the lift till the moment there is any other press the button outside. 4. The AC is very much old, noisy when it's switched on, and when you check in the room at its first time, the AC is off and the entire room is sooooo hot. The worst part is the AC is directly and exactly blowing to your head (the pillow position) which making you completely sick, unbelievable they made it like this. You'll have to put the pillow in another direction with certain degree of angle so that you may be able to at least sleep... 5. The bathing area is 'amazing', you'll have to take bath in the bathtub and all water flow out to the floor and entire bathroom became swimming pool

The bathroom was very small, there was a cracked wash basin and the shower area had mould. The carpet was dusty and dirty. Just stayed there from 2pm to 9pm and did not stay overnight.

The use of Toxic so called air fresheners is worse than passive smoking. This new insane trend of poisoning the air with chemicals will sicken both staff and customers, who most often can not even smell the toxins as it has become "normal"

Its not pleasant hotel that I ever stayed but price is high.. Service of front staff not kind, Elevator stopped while working, Wifi bad, Not recommended to anyone!
