"Clean rooms, clean hotel and great dinner options. Order the artichoke soup, out of this world. Breakfast buffet could do with some updates as many options were blah and dried out and we are 30 minutes into breakfast service. Would stay again."

Absolutely unbelievable 2 nights stay, my children aged 17 said itbwas the best holiday they had ever been on and we have been all over the world, they want to come back every year. Meeting father christmas was just the most amazing experience, we loved it!!! "

"Amazing river side chalet. Everything clean and had a dishwasher which had cleaning tablets provided. Small but functional kitchen. Steps outside can be slippery when icy. Very warm and cosy beds. Internet was good and could plug in a fire stick. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices. Excellent friendly staff. 20 minutes walk over the bridge to the shops. Would definitely stay again. "

"Location is great. Behind the hotel is the river with beautiful views, in front is a bus stop to Santa Claus village. Multiple restaurants and stores around and close to city center. It's just that we refused cleaning but housekeeper came anyway while we were out. "
