Welcome to your home away from home in Simpsonville! This brand-new, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces. 1 guaranteed parking spot. Located close to Simpsonville's best restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, it’s perfect for exploring the area. Please note there is some nearby construction, but it only takes place between 8 am and 5 pm and is minimally audible inside the house. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this charming townhome is the ideal base for your stay.

Note: The builder will be fencing the back yard soon, the time line for this is out of our control. We will update the back patio picture as soon as the the fence is up.

Great location

Our stay was quiet, comfortable, and convenient to the area. The place was fully updated, clean, and spacious. I visit the area often to visit family and will certainly rebook “southern charm.”
