Peaceful Oasis Convenient to Greenville!

Our Peaceful Oasis has been fully upgraded in June 2021, with new roof, new siding, new showers and all new living room furniture. Its open floor plan 3bedroom / 2 full bathroom format is perfect for a family or professional traveling for work. We offer internet WiFi TV, and internet WiFi for laptop and smartphone connectivity. We have put careful thought into each room to make your home-away-from-home comfortable and enjoyable in every way. We are located between Greenville & Simpsonville in an area known as "Five Forks" - convenient to Woodruff Rd that has everything you need from shopping to restaurants.

Peaceful indoor and outdoor space to chill, and relax... our large back deck is shady in the evening... ideal to relax, enjoy the birds singing, and perhaps use the grill or firepit in the yard..

Guests have full access to enjoy the entire home, except for one utility closet and an exterior shed/storage unit.

Once reservation has been completed, via the booking system that you use, you will receive a message from us, as well as check-in details a few days prior to arrival.

Driveway has space for three cars, if needed.

**Air Mattress and/or Pack-n-play available by request!**
**Fireplace for aesthetics only and must not be used.**
**Pets are allowed. There is a $60 pet fee per stay for one pet, $120 per stay for two pets. Max 2. Dogs only please.

We loved our stay! Very cozy and in an excellent location. Close to family that stays there so would love to stay here again next year. My 7 year old niece loved it so much, she wanted us to move in! Can't beat that review if I tried.

Awesome Visit

Our stay in Simpsonville was fantastic because we stayed in this beautiful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. It provided the comforts of home for our visit with family. While there, we enjoyed the Greenville Zoo, Frankie's Fun Place, and shopping in beautiful, downtown Greenville.

Great house for family!

We stayed for a short weekend trip while we were in town for a wedding. It was perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to get in/out. Would definitely recommend for any guests to The Grand Holland Estate or Greenville tourists. Thanks for having us!

Superb respite

Wonderful location convenient to ANYTHING you want! Beautiful, safe neighborhood, very friendly, great place to walk safely at night. It was just what we needed to have some recovery from Asheville hurricane damage. I could not be more pleased with our choice.

Charming cottage

This is a cute house with a large backyard. We travelled with a dog who enjoyed running around the yard. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of grocery store options near-by. We enjoyed it.

Greenville weekend

My friend from Florida came to visit and we rented this house so we could spend time in downtown Greenville. It was the perfect location it only took about 15 minutes to get there. The house was clean and as shown on VRBO and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would rent here again!

Home away from Home- Surgery

We stayed in this lovely home because we needed a comfortable place to stay leading up to, during, and after a pediatric surgery at Shriners hopsital. We were all very comfortable in their home and appreciate the quick communication between us and the owner. Super hospitable!

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. House is on cul-du-sac. Very convenient to shopping and dining. Hosts very very accommodating to allow me to check in a bit early which we very much appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great place for a get away

We were looking for a place to stay while visiting our kids, grands and greats. This house was perfect, the greats and grands had a fenced in backyard with a swing set. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and in a great neighborhood which is important if you’re not familiar. Convenient to everything. So comfortable. We will be back… oh and our fur baby loved it too.

Simpsonville Stay

We enjoyed our time. Upon entering the house, we found it to be clean and neat. You might check a few items. The bedside table in bedroom w small bath has a table that is in need of repair or replacing. There are outlets not working. In the front bedroom, my Mother could have a lamp on or use her CPAP. The router’s cache is not working right so there is much delay in downloading. We watch very little tv, but being UT fans, the national championship is really exciting. We hope the cleaning person had good reports to share about the house. Thank you for accepting our reservation.

Terrific location no more than 20 minutes to everything we did over the 5 days we were there. VERY clean upon arrival. Super comfy couches. Great water pressure for showering. My grandkids loved having a backyard to play in. We would stay here again.
