"This is urban, for sure - right next to a gas station and in a run down looking neighborhood. It’s not a hotel - it’s a motel. We were awakened at 3 AM by a huge domestic disturbance in the room next to us. Shouting, banging, violent sounds - the police came - twice. "

"We had the best experience ever, all the staff were exceptional! Room was clean, breakfast was different everyday! Highly recommend! We did have a noise problem briefly and it was handled immediately! It was a great experience!"

"Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. "

However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible.
