"I found this experience to be pretty disappointing. I'd lived in Scranton for a long time but had never stayed here until this visit. My wife and I booked a nice room on the top floor and I was eager to see what it was like. I found the reception to be abrupt and unpleasant right from the start. The room itself seemed fine at first. It wasn't until the next day that I found a cockroach. This is bad enough but the front desk seemed unconcerned about this, didn't apologize and only sent someone to get the thing. I'm not sure what I expected, but some level of concern seemed due. The room was comfortable, I'll say that, and the cleaning staff seemed friendly from what I could tell. The building is old and it shows. I will not be staying here again. "

"Breakfast was really good, the room was clean and spacious. Definitely will come back! Just one thing, I wish they kept the pool and jacuzzi a little cleaner. But other then that the stay was absolutely perfect!"
