Welcome to this secluded, wooded, and charming barn in Simms, Texas. This lovely property features 2 cozy sleeping areas, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, complete with linens. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, wash-clothes, and a hair dryer for your convenience. With amenities like an iron, central heating and AC, washing machine and dryer, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal. It also boasts of a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee and tea. Get away from technology and unplug! Cell service is available. It offers a beautiful wooded view from the eating area on the deck.
Nearby small-town shopping in historical New Boston, is a short 15 minute drive, while Red River Army Depot and Texarkana are only 30 minutes away. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at The Loft.
