Elegant seaside accommodation, nestled in lush greenery… we’re renting out our beautiful apartment:
Spacious terrace with direct access to the garden; for privacy, the terrace is surrounded by awnings.
The kitchen is fully equipped (boiler and LPG stove)
The living room, large and spacious, is filled with light; a large three-seater sofa ensures a restful sleep thanks to a comfortable double mattress, and a flat-screen Smart TV will entertain you during your downtime.
Also in the living room, there is a LARGE CLOSET and 4 hinged cabinets; the storage space is ample, with ANOTHER 4 large drawers located at the bottom.
The bathroom is elegant and understated, decorated in a sea-blue hue, and features a spacious shower with a crystal glass enclosure and a 7-kg washing machine; the wall-mounted cabinet adds a sense of lightness when paired with the vanity unit and its two deep drawers.
The master bedroom is a dream come true, thoughtfully designed with ample storage space for everything you need to store… thanks to a large 6-door closet—4 of which are mirrored—and spacious interior drawers. Opposite the bed is a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
The house does not require air conditioning because it is cool and well-ventilated.
All balconies and windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
Curtains completely enclose the spacious terrace for moments of privacy.

Free outdoor parking
2 sports fields: mini-soccer and basketball behind the residence!
The house has a garage used as a cellar.
