BATHROOMS

🛁 Four bathrooms across the property, including 2.5 on the upper level and one full bath on the lower level, each stocked with plush towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and all the basics.



SUMMIT SKY RANCH COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Access to Summit Sky Ranch resort amenities is available for an additional fee, confirmed and paid prior to arrival through Luxury Peaks.

🏊 Aspen House: Outdoor heated pool open year-round, two hot tubs, sun deck, full gym with fitness classes, a quiet reading den, and a kids' rec room with ping pong, board games, and Xbox.

Hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Sunday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM

🏡 Lake House on Lake Everist: Private dock, sandy beach, kayak and paddleboard access, and fire pit area on the shores of a stunning private lake with unobstructed peak views. An amenity you simply cannot find anywhere else in Summit County.



NEARBY ADVENTURES

No matter the season, Summit County has something extraordinary waiting for you just minutes from the door!



❄️ Winter here goes way beyond the slopes. Yes, you can ski or snowboard at Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, or Vail, all within 35 minutes. But you can also mush your own team of Alaskan huskies through alpine meadows, snowshoe through deep forest to a hidden waterfall, tube down groomed lanes at Frisco Adventure Park, rent fat bikes for a snowy trail ride, or lace up your skates on one of the largest outdoor ice rinks in the country, set right on a frozen lake at 9,300 feet.

☀️ When the snow melts, the fun just changes shape. Hike or bike trails that wind through wildflowers and golden aspens, reel in brown and rainbow trout on the Blue River, one of Colorado's premier Gold Medal fisheries, rent a kayak or paddleboard on Dillon Reservoir with nothing but mountain peaks in every direction, or tee off at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, perched at 9,000 feet with some of the most dramatic views in the state. Cap the night with a guided horseback ride or a wagon dinner through the Keystone backcountry.

🚬 No smoking allowed inside, on the rooftop terrace, or in the garage.

👟 No outdoor shoes inside the home. Slippers and socks only.

🐕 Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances.

👥 Larger groups exceeding the stated occupancy can be accommodated with prior approval from Luxury Peaks Property Management.
