The property was amazing! It was clean and well maintained and the host's communication was excellent. The property is in a nice neighborhood and has easy access to a paved walking/running trail across the street. I recommend walking uphill on the trail for about 3/4 of a mile. When you get to the rock wall, which is just past the wood "fence," you'll find Creek Trail, an easy walk to get a view of Dillon Reservoir.
The only cautions I would add are the fact there are four levels in the house, so that means there are a lot of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for people with smaller kids or people who have difficulty with stairs. The second caution is the room with the bunk beds. This room is great for putting multiple kids/people in, but the room is all the way on the bottom level. If you're a parent who needs to have your kids close to you, then I would suggest taking the bedroom on the same level. Finally, the road noise from the road directly in front of the house is noticeable. All bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, so the noise was only noticeable in the kitchen/dining room area.
Speaking of the bedrooms, all of the bedrooms were amazing, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, etc., and even had kid-friendly flatware, plates, and bowls.
This is definitely a great getaway for families (we had 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 6, 4, 2).
