The Space:

Experience modern mountain living in this brand-new riverfront condo at Blue River Flats, completed in 2024 and perfectly positioned along the banks of the Blue River. With Ptarmigan Mountain views, an oversized deck, and direct access to the river and bike path, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers a rare blend of natural serenity and walkable community convenience in the heart of Silverthorne.



The open-concept living space is warm and inviting, featuring a gas fireplace, TV, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a large glass shower and built-in bench. The second bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, making the home ideal for families or groups of up to six guests.



Step outside to the expansive deck overlooking the Blue River, complete with a fire pit for evenings under the stars (propane not provided). The unit is great with a ton of space and a great location and lovely stream side view. Unfortunately basic sanitation with bed linen and towels was blatantly disregarded (not merely overlooked). Used bed linen, found several strands of hair in the folds under the top sheet and the pillows, not the odd ones that one could attribute to static. Found long strands of hair in the folds of the first two towels on the top of the stack which looked hastily folded as compared to the rest of the stack. Used to be in the business years ago and know where and how to look.Will be reaching out to the leadership to do my bit to make sure they are aware. Management contact served up the usual platitudes. This is a problem we encounter often these days across brands and locations and want to do our bit to make a difference. All it takes is a manager on the facility to conduct sporadic basic inspections of the linen/towels.

We could not be happier with our stay. Cleanliness is our highest priority when we rent and everything in this unit was immaculate. The furnishings were beautiful and thoughtful. It was so peaceful to hear the rushing river through the windows. It was such a relaxing stay and we definitely plan to be back.
