The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our centrally located townhome. Mountain Views Retreat is walking distance to shopping, the beautiful Blue River, restaurants and more. The Dillon amphitheater and lake are less than an 8 minute drive. The Summit Stage bus stop is less than a block away and can take you to Keystone, Frisco, Breck and Copper. Our Retreat has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and fun, whether your a family with children or all adults.

Mountain Views Retreat is a 4 level townhouse stocked with everything you will need. Upon arrival, you will enter into the 1st level where you will find the (2 full size beds) Bunk Room with attached bathroom. Head upstairs to the main level where you will find a half bath, kitchen, dining room, and living room with a little balcony. Head up to the next level where the master bedroom with attached bathroom and 2nd bedroom with bathroom are located. The last set of stairs will take you to the relaxing rooftop sanctuary where you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, BBQing up your favorite dinner or detoxing in the Barrel Sauna.

You can park on the street, but please be aware of parking hours, they are posted. There is no overnight parking on the streets. We have an attached 2 car garage, but if you`re car is too large in length you will not fit. Example is we have fit a Tesla and a Jeep Cherokee together. If you have anything on your roof or a bike rack attached by hitch…you most likely will not fit.

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT have air conditioning. Being in the mountains, we like to resort to the cool fresh mountain air. We understand that there will be some hot days, but please utilize the fans by opening the windows in the evenings when it begins to cool off. We suggest closing up the house during the day.

We love all furry friends (we do not allow cats as the family is highly allergic) and are happy to host them as well for an additional fee. We do provide dog crates (we have 2 sizes), dog bowls, dog mat, poo bags, and training pads if needed. We ask that if you do leave your pup unattended in the condo, that you crate them. This keeps them safe and our home safe. Upon departure please clean all the dog bowls and put away.

Summit Stage bus transportation runs from 6:30a.m. to 1:30 a.m. and is less than a block away and will take you to Keystone, Frisco (there is a transfer in Frisco to get to Breckenridge and or Copper) and places throughout summit county. a map is provided in the guidebook and also you can visit the website.

Everything is available to you unless you find it locked. Those will be off limits. They will consist of cabinets and closets.
