Offering an ideally central location in the heart of Wildernest, this first-floor condo sits amid hiking trails, national forest land, watersports on Dillon Reservoir, and some of Colorado's most famous ski resorts.

It's a warm and inviting space with tile and wood floors, natural wood ceilings, and plenty of windows throughout. Enter by way of the fully appointed kitchen (no dishwasher) and move into the living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa, a small dining table, and a smart TV (guests must log in using their own accounts) to watch in the warmth of the wood-burning stove. A private balcony is just through the sliding glass doors, where you can sip your coffee, enjoy your breakfast, or browse the free WiFi in the shade.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Mountain Condo Provides A Scenic Getaway

Cute little condo was a great basecamp. Just a few minutes from Dillon, Frisco, and Breck, we had a great time leaf-peeping and checking out a few local restaurants. The condo was stocked enough that we could cook some basic meals at home, and we even got to see a moose in the parking lot. We did have some wifi problems and Vacasa was very responsive to our needs. Overall, good trip and a cozy stay.

Tiny Home Great for 2

Loved the location and easy access to a lot of trails nearby. The place is small but worked for just me, my husband and our small dog. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony seating. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. The complex was quiet and tenants/guests were respectful with noise levels.

Cousins Ski Trip

We had a great time and really enjoyed this property. Unfortunately we did have an issue with a broken toilet that was eventually fixed our last night out of 5 that put a bit of a damper on the experience. Overall, I think this rental is a great deal and in a great location. I just wish they had been able to resolve our issue more promptly.

Cute staycation

Nice getaway from city life. Was a little disappointed on the comfort of the beds and pillows. The hideaway bed was dirty too. Also the bathroom door was noisy and hard to shut at times. For our first rental experience I thought it was nice. Reservation process and directions to the property was very easy and straightforward. Would consider renting again in the future.

This condo is in an unbeatable location and we appreciate it being pet friendly and having competitive rates. Unfortunately, it was very dirty and a little run down which soured our experience. When we arrived, the condo was only about 58 degrees inside. The room heaters had been left off and the thermostat for the large heater at the center of the condo was out of batteries. Luckily, I was able to switch out the batteries from the tv remote to get the heat back on. A bigger issue was that the bedding in the larger bedroom was dirty. The bedspread and pillows were covered in pet hair from previous guests and my wife actually felt pretty allergic trying so sleep in the dirty bedding. We had to swap it out with some clean bedding that had been left behind for the pull out sofa. The sofa was old and had throw blankets on it that felt dirty to the touch. The living room rug also felt really icky. The biggest issue was the bedding though, by far. I can look past cleaniness issues in other categories and I can sympathize that it must be hard to keep some items like the sofa and rug clean while allowing pets. But, truly we did at least expect the bedding to be changed between guests. Otherwise, it is a nicely sized and beautifully located place to stay. I would advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid because the entry stairs are a little tricky to navigate.

Wonderful Christmas stay

We arrived to very little snow and overnight and for the next 24 hours we got 18”. We were able to walk less than a block with xc skis and snowshoes and use the trail right there! We cooked a full gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen and snuggled by the wood burning stove. We loved the blue twinkly solar lights on the deck.

Wonderful fall stay.

The views of golden aspen everywhere were wonderful. We sat on the deck with morning coffee and evening wine. It was just over a block to miles of hiking/biking trails. The light and the decor were very cheery. We will definitely stay again!

Get spot in the mountains

Loved our stay in this place! Great location on top of a mountain with gorgeous views. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space and a wonderful cozy back door balcony. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
