Built in 2022 and designed for elevated Colorado living, this modern Silverthorne townhome puts you right where you want to be: close to everything, yet tucked into a sleek, comfortable retreat that feels like your own private basecamp.
The heart of the home is open, airy, and made for gathering. A chef-worthy kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops flows seamlessly into the living space, where a gas fireplace and smart TV invite you to kick back after a day outside. Head upstairs—or all the way up—to the showstopper rooftop patio. Fully furnished and complete with a hot tub, it’s the perfect place to soak under the stars, sip a drink, and take in the alpine atmosphere after a full day of adventure.
With three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a full-over-queen bunk room, there’s space for families, couples, and groups alike. • Effortless provides all guests with safe and clean stays. Our practices and standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout, ie., use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, attention to high-touch surfaces and ‘hot-spots’, and social distancing. As always, we advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices).

I chose this spot primarily for its central location, but was pleasantly surprised by the higher end ameneties and cleanliness. The place was spotless. The host was welcoming, and easy to reach with quick response times for any questions I had.
