Just steps away, the living area offers plenty of seating options, stellar forest and mountain views, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Breckenridge, the Keystone Resort, the Loveland Ski Area, and the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are all within 18 miles of this home, making this condo a skier's dream! Summer guests will enjoy being just five-and-a-half miles from the Dillon Reservoir, while superb fishing opportunities away in the Gold Medal waters of the Blue River. And at the end of the day, sample the wares at one of this area's excellent local breweries.

There are currently no operational hot tubs or pools within this community. However, the pool across the street on Tokay Dr. is available for guest use.
A 4x4 is recommended in winter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice place, good location

Comfortable place for a ski weekend. Stay here to avoid the I70 traffic.

Good location, and cozy after a day in the slopes. However, the hot tub is not working which was a bummer.

Overall pleasant stay

It was overall a pleasant stay. The place had all the amenities and was clean. But the heating was so loud. There were quite a lot of noise at night from heating. The place was a bit far from Silverthorne (~10 minute drive up) so it was difficult getting food delivery service

Neglected and not maintained

Before anyone books this condo there should be disclosures. Plumbing keeps cracking day and night, if you’re a bit of a light sleeper good luck with that. Bathrooms have no ventilation whatsoever, ductless that’s all, it just circulates inside and whatever you do in there be prepared either to inhale it or open the windows. Doors don’t close therefore your kid may just walk in you while in the bathroom. Beds are like sleeping in a hammock. I’m 195lb and the mattress dips down to the floor. We tried to move to a different place but they wouldn’t do anything but either stay or leave and loose the rental. Very disappointed.

Clean & Convenient

Easy to get to and great location in town. Close to Keystone, Breckinridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain. This is a great spot to relax after a long day of skiing. The hot water works great!

Mountain high retreat

This is a spacious condo and comfortable. The only drawback for me were the steps which were many and steep. I used the "back" steps which were much fewer and less steep. We had a good time here.
