"This is a very nice place to stay. Large fenced yard , quiet neighborhood, whole house absolutely spotless, only a 15 minute walk from the center of Brevard. Small park only a block away with walking paths. Perfect for a leashed pet. Nice back porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Very well equipped kitchen and helpful host. would definitely recommend."

"The location is extremely convenient to shopping, hiking, and other area activities. The home was very clean, well stocked with needed items, and comfortable. The fenced in front porch and back yard was a pet friendly plus. Check in and check out was easy, the owner was receptive to any inquiries, and all needed information was clearly provided in advance. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a unique property. Parking is in front of your door making it very convenient. Decor in the room was adorable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower had a great shower head but was a big step in and out so if you have any disabilities or physical issues it could be a problem. Otherwise great little motel with great restaurants close by."

"Studio 84 was the best VRBO property we have ever used. The owners have created a great property in an excellent location. We walked to the local park and downtown. The studio was very clean, very nice temperature, and included very nice extras and touches. We will definitely book this location if it isn’t already booked when we are in Brevard once again."
