Relax on the porch of this 3/2 house just a block from Main Street in Brevard. Easily walk to Brevard College, Quotations Coffee Cafe on Main Street or the Farmers Market on Saturday. The fenced in space includes a large fire pit table and 4 burner grill so you can enjoy the mountain air during dinner. After a full day exploring all that the area has to offer recline on the dual reclining couch or power recliner. Have a great night's sleep in one of 2 comfy king beds or the queen bed.
Sunlight welcomes you into each room of this charming home, starting with the large picture window in the living room. Newly furnished with comfort in mind, the living room offers a smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix. The fireplace is not functioning, but you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the large firepit on the back porch. Both the front porch and the back patio are fully fenced so you can safely let your children and pets play while you use the large gas grill. Store your bikes in the locking outside shed. Wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep in the soft bedding provided in each bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while listening to the birds, Keurig coffee maker and starter coffee pods provided.
The house is an easy walk downtown, where you can find a variety of quality restaurants. If you enjoy beer tasting there are numerous breweries in the area and live music can be found on King Street. Enjoy the summer concert series at the Brevard music center which is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Porter Center at Brevard College hosts local and national groups and artists and is walking distance from the Hideaway in Downtown Brevard. Be sure to check their websites for upcoming events. Saturday morning you can walk to the Brevard Farmers market, located just up Johnson on the other side of Main Street. Silvermont and Franklin Street parks are also an easy walk away.

I hate to give this place a great review because I wish I could have it all to myself :)This place is great. Three bedrooms with comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood and really close to downtown and Brevard College (easy walk to either area). Cute little fenced in backyard. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect stay in every way. Located steps from town with shops, bakeries and dining provided plenty to do. A short drive took us to numerous beautiful waterfalls. The house was so bright, clean and comfortable with a garden full of fresh zucchini and squash that went as a delicious side to steaks on the grill. Hope to come back here soon. Felt like home.

Lovely home

We stayed here for three nights, and the house was just perfect for us. It was so comfortable and charming. It’s steps away from downtown and if you are bringing a fur baby, there are lots of places to walk right from the house.

Great location, comfy, clean with space to spread out.

Clean and bright-loved all of the spaces to hang out as a group or retreat to a private spot to read or enjoy the shaded back yard. Many outdoor spots (covered and not) with seating and a great space to have a pup (which we did not this time). Super close to town, but appreciated the quiet street.

Awesome little house

I hate giving this place a top review because I want it all to myself. We loved this house. Comfortable beds, excellent location close to downtown, and great little fenced in yard that our dog loved. Easy access in and out. I wish I could stay here every time I visit Brevard.

Wonderful cozy home

Downtown Brevard made easy

Great cottage for those wanting to get away to Brevard. Easy walk downtown and a short drive to the Davidson River for fishing, floating, and hiking.

Great Place to Stay

Very cute place, nicely decorated, all in an ideal location! The fenced in back yard was a good fit for our dog. There are so many locations - shops and restaurants - that are all within walking distance. Hiking, breweries, and other sightseeing are all easily accessible from here, too.

Weekend in Brevard

This home is as described in a quiet lovely neighborhood within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces to simply sit and enjoy the garden atmosphere. The fenced area was perfect for our pup. All essentials are provided as we did cook some meals in addition to eating out. We hiked the Pisgah which is a short drive away and rode in the WNC Flyer event and was able to ride to the start. This was a 10/10 experience.

This is the second time we've stayed at this lovely Brevard cottage, and it has everything we need. Wonderfully furnished, well equipped kitchen, great fenced in yard for the fur babies, and close to downtown. Perfect for our party of parents and adult children.

Perfect house and location

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The house is perfect for walking to downtown Brevard. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the house is perfectly decorated and the communication with Tondra was spot on! If you want a great meal, you have to visit The Square Root, you will not be disappointed.

Brevard Winter Trip

The house was really comfortable and well organized. Really enjoyed how close we were to the downtown shops and restaurants. We were able to walk our dog all around the area and she really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We will definitely want to stay at the house again.

We loved this house! Great location to walk everywhere downtown. Our dog loved having some new toys to her to play with. Very well equipped for humans and dogs! Great patio with fire pit and backyard. We hope to stay again sometime!
