Great Stay

This condo was great. It was roomy and comfortable. Well stocked. Beds were good. I would definitely stay here again. Some of my experiences with VRBO have not been great but this condo has restored my confidence in using the site again.

Spacious cozy condo and fun ski out

Ski out was awesome especially if you love veering off the cat track into 2 feet of powder through the trees all the way to the top of cloud 9. Ski in was ok, just have to take the silver queen up and walk approx 2 min to condo. (Or just take the shuttle from the village that does a loop every half hour). We loved the layout of the condo as it was perfect for our family of 4. We found it quite spacious for a 2 bed/2 bath. (15 and 12 yr olds). Building was super quiet. Hot tubs were very convenient to get to. We like a firm bed, so it was perfect for us. We’ve stayed at a brand new build on Cathedral, an older home on monashee, and a condo at the bottom of the silver queen. Overall, this condo suited our family the best. We would definitely book this one again if it’s available!

Comfortable condo unit for 4 people, great views, great host

2 couples and a dog stayed for 5 nights. Would have given 4.5 if that were any option. The space worked well for us., Great kitchen, well equipped, made cooking easy every night. Dining/living area had plenty of space for eating and hanging out in comfort. Great views to east and south. Bedrooms quiet, but beds not as comfortable as we would have liked - the mattresses sagged a bit towards center and having a smallish bunk bed in on bedroom was a bit challenging in terms of getting in and out. Place was spotless and in great shape, although a bit of fragrance from cleaning supplies. Hot tub was fantastic - used every day. Host was vey helpful and great communicator. Good alpine ski in/out but not as easy for Nordic - we ended up doing short drive to village or to Sovereign Lakes.

Great space for a family ski week

Property is well located near the top of the Silver Queen chair, with the village a 16 min walk along the road, or via regular shuttle bus. Ski in Ski out with very short walk coming in. Common area is large, comfortable with dining table for 6, we had 4. Sofa, TV, side chair, window view of distant mountains. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, good appliances. Easy to work in. Parking is outside in large lot. Condo is on same level and near the two hot tubs, but not close enough for any noise. Easy stroll access. Ski room has lockers, etc. Nice. Most units are owner occupied as opposed to short term rentals. Friendly people. We were very comfortable here. Owner was very responsive to a couple small issues we had. Quickly taken care of in highly satisfactory way.

Modern well-positioned apartment

An excellent well-appointed & furnished apartment with all appliances & kitchenware you could need. Great communications with the host. Although up the hill from town (The Knoll) it’s only about 12mins walk down to the village. We opted to use the free half-hourly resort shuttle to come home. Easy ski-out. We didn’t try ski-in and instead opted to use the half-hourly resort shuttle for an easier return home. The heated ski-locker on the ground floor worked well. Definitely a place we will come back to.

Well appointed. Worked well for two couples. Friendly neighbours. Ski out great, ski-in a bit of a walk but shuttle option from village worked well. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic way to visit Silverstar Mountain

We had a fantastic stay and felt right at home. The amenities fitted all of our needs. The apartment was so clean and well appointed. We could easily walk to the village and catch the shuttle. It was a pleasure to stay here and Christine certainly made us feel welcome. We will be back.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The condo is well-appointed, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Easy ski-in/ski-out and the proximity to tubing, skating, mini-mobiling and bowling were added bonuses. Christine reached out the night before our arrival to ask if we had any special requests/questions, etc which was a lovely touch! Thank you so much for a great stay - we will be back!

Very clean and comfortable spot!

This was a great stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The whole condo was spotlessly clean. Really nicely decorated (Christmas decorations were a nice touch!). It was a perfect destination for our work retreat. Highly recommended.

2019 End of Season Spring Getaway

Our family of 4 saw out the last week of the season at Silver Star, to use every available minute of our season passes. The accommodation was perfect for us and the inclusion of Netflix was a bonus. Spring conditions became a bit slushy in the afternoons, so whiling away the late afternoons on the couch was a delight. This was our 5th trip to Silver Star, we love it. This accommodation only continued to grow our love of the mountain.

Great Ski Accommodations

We had a terrific time staying at Thomas's and Christine's beautiful condo. It was probably the most impressive place I have rented for skiing and there have been many. Sitting on the balcony with its breath taking view was a fantastic way to end an active day of skiing. Awesome!!

Everything we needed and more

We just loved staying at this condo, beautifully decorated and newly renovated, We just had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and the ski in ski out location made this perfect for our vacation. Will be looking forward to booking again next year
