"The room was lovely but the breakfast was pretty awful and when the elevator broke down the night before we left, no one offered to help us with our bags upon departure. Luckily we managed but assistance should have been offered. Wouldn't stay here again."

"The only reason it wasnt 5''s across the board is because the first room we were assigned had a bit of an odour. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they assigned us another room right away and were beyond helpful. This was due to the previous guest not the hotel or cleaning staffs fault the cleanliness was excellent as was the breakfast and ammenities. We would 💯 recommend this hotel."

"We could not have asked for a cleaner and well stocked accommodation. Mike & Tania even provided a pitcher of pre-made Finnish pancake batter and strawberries upon our arrival. The place was immaculate, beds were excellent and it truly was cozy. We travelled to TBay for a family funeral and it was truly a relief to find the place was exactly as advertised and not another source of stress. Two minor caveats, the house does not appear to have air conditioning even though the listing shows that it does, and the outside parking area can get pretty mucky when wet. However these minor issues are not deal breakers and when we return to TBay we will definitely ensure to book the house again if available. "
