"Solo traveler here. The check in was smooth. The place is like a maze. Room was clean and nice. Shower is weak. The shampoo and body wash bottles were full, but the pump was broken, and since the whole thing is mounted on the wall, couldn't try to pour some out to use. Thank goodness I packed my own travel size shampoo/conditioner, had to stretch them out to last the stay. Breakfast was cheap and had some good choices."

"Unmatched Balinese hospitality - Muditha is an absolute lifesaver. Unfortunately I lost my power bank, and needed one so that I can keep daily activities on my phone and to have a power bank is crucial. I asked Muditha at the front desk a personal favor if he could help me get a new power bank and he went completely above and beyond his regular duties and secured me a brand new power bank the following day. Thanks to his incredible kindness, Muditha completely saved my trip to keep those wonderful memories, GREAT SHOUT to MUDITHA. As for the room,,, I would suggest please change the faucet sink, as it is too closed to bowl of the sink, it’s hard to wash the face without using a cup to fill the water then pour to wash. That’s the minor change I would like management to change for room I think 126, I highly recommend The Kana Kuta for your trip to Bali."
