I requested a female staff at reception to provide me a plate and her response was “we don’t have plates” and I was like can I get it from restaurant and again “you can’t get it from there unless you eat restaurant food”. I was looking at her face and I am damn sure she doesn’t wanted to work but she still showed up to work. Sorry to say but most people in states are rude and they don’t know the basics of hospitality.
In addition to that I requested that same person to put my room for cleaning but that never happened. Not sure how sonesta keep such arrogant staff.
I will not recommend this hotel neither I will consider myself in future

The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything you'd ever need! The complimentary breakfast was a great touch as well. If I were to stay in the South Bay again, I would definitely stay here.
