Clean comfy rooms overall good experience just hotel is a bit outdated. Good friendly staff and service. Hot springs, pool facilities are nice however, water temperature depends on current weather as per hotel staff. This is my family’s 3 stay and we have truly enjoyed it. The only downside was that pool food service doesn’t began until 12pm and we are early risers so that was a true inconvenience.

I like to stay here beacuse of the hot spring water pools, I have stayed here many many times , and in the past my experienceses have been alot better than the last 7 recent stays. Before you were allowed to bring snacks and food with you, and also allowed to checked out of the room, but keep usinging the facilities until 5pm. My last stayed here was in march 2025, It happed to me again that as I am going into the hotel I got stopped and my luggage is being seach for food, I have stayed at much much better and fancy hotels and they have never probhibited me from carring food or snacks. The hotel does have a restaurant and on weekend the food is good but on weekdays is completely different.and why should you be pushed to buy their few selections of food. Specially When staying with children they need snacks.When I get seached I feel intiminated ,and like a criminal, not even when I cross the boarder back to the usa I get seached that way. Hope they change their policy ,And treat their guess better, like regular peolple rather that smugglers.

Los trabajadores muy amables Las instalaciones tienen varios problemitas Mi habitación tuvo problemas con la llave electrónica tres veces y el looby quedaba lejos Aparte para salir ala alberca como estábamos en planta alta era un rollo y el pasto estaba crecido lo cual era incómodo cruzar La alberca muy descuidada No estaba tan caliente la alberca Y el jacuzzi estaba tan caliente que nunca pudimos entrar 😂

Excelente lugar para ir a relajarse en pareja, familia o amigos. Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo. El agua super calientita. Hay que mejorar la limpieza de la alberca ya que en los mosaicos del fondo hay mucha lama. También mejorar el tiempo de espera de la comida. Es muy tardado así que hay que tener mucha paciencia. La comida rica. Falta más mantenimiento a las habitaciones, no servía el riel de los mosquiteros y no se podían abrir-cerrar sin que se saliera de lugar.
