Clean and relatively quiet. Close to the airport and has a shuttle service. Minimal tea selection in the 24 hr tea/coffee bar and no cream or sugar. I requested a wake up call but did not receive one and when I let the woman at the front desk know I hadn’t received the wake up call, she didn’t seem to care.

The free breakfast they advertise does not exist and has not for a while. Getting there as late as I did, there was not option for food (Uber eats never has any drivers) and the hotel has nothing available. It was mostly clean and comfortable but I chose this location because they advertised free breakfast and they did not have it.

This was possibly the worst stay ever. Not enough staff to support in all general areas. At night, the people are not at the front desk. They say there is shuttle to the airport but that was not true and because of that, I missed my flight. Only good thing was the food and the lady serving the food. I honestly believe my stay should be refunded for how many faulty things I experienced at this hotel.

The staff was amazing but on Sunday there was only 1 employee running between City Express and City Express Suites. There was no food prepared on Sunday. It was difficult to get transportation and no food delivery. This should be in the description. There was no one to drive the shuttles. The hotel had to pay an Uber to get to the airport. There was no phone available in the room.
