"I enjoyed my stay at Tropikist. It’s a beautiful facility with ocean front views and a pool and well maintained grounds. Breakfast was tasty. The staff are pleasant, friendly and all helpful. The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the main road if you don’t have a vehicle. There are some opportunities to improve, specifically the infrastructure- wifi is poor in the rooms and if there is a water shortage, then water dispensers should be placed on every floor. Overall I’d still visit again and recommend it to anyone"

"The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. Fortunately for me I had my receipt from Expedia and this was used to sort out the discrepancy, resulting in no additional cost to me. Point to note, ensure you have proof of payment, when made in advance."

"The hotel staff, especially the housekeeping team, were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. I only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was well prepared and enjoyable. The hotel itself is in need of updates, primarily cosmetic improvements. I experienced air-conditioning issues in my original room and had to be moved. The new room also had a problem with the shower. However, in both cases, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issues as quickly as possible. It seemed to me that the staff may be working with limited resources when it comes to property updates, but they more than make up for it with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their exceptional service was the highlight of my stay.”"

We celebrated our anniversary here, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family while still enjoying the privacy and respect of a luxury getaway. The service exceeded every expectation. When they mentioned their additional dining service, I had no idea we would be enjoying meals prepared with a true private-chef experience. However, the property would benefit from targeted investment to address several infrastructure issues that affect the overall guest experience. I hesitated to provide this feedback because the staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to accommodate us. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. Despite the facility’s current limitations, the quality of service and the overall atmosphere were positive enough that I would choose to return."
