This property is very close to station just 1 min walk which liked very much. Also the breakfast was very good it had lot of items which I liked too. The room doors and bathroom faucet does need some attention but overall not a bad place to stay. We received our room on the 4 th floor so got spacious balcony which was attached with our room. The breakfast area is on the top 5th floor. So had some good views of Signa. The Signa station is very safe and was well lite with LED lights. Overall a good place to stay when visiting Florence.

Excelent alternative to visit Florence

Sn interesting alternative to visit Florence. We took a train and did not have to worry about parking. Good value for the money! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The quality of the sleep was great, but we were surrounded by rooms woth noisy families.

There was no laundry facility in the property and the room had some issues but it was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel was 25min away with train from Florence. The train was very close to the station which had plenty of connections to Florence. However, the area felt very unsafe, the hotel was stuck in the past, visually horrible. The noise of the trains were to loud. The toilet was dirty with pee drops around the WC. The handles from the sink/shower were stuck and you couldn’t control the water temperature. The breakfast food was disgusting. Not recommended at all.

I do not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was cold and did not look fresh. The shower door was damaged, we could not freshen up in the morning. Informed receptionist but nothing was done. Asked to be compensated and the same was refused. Also Hotels.com did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. Will not be using this website again.

Só vale a pena por causa da localização

Valeu muito pela localização, e só! O pior de tudo foi o barulho absurdo da tubulação que faz quando alguém aciona a descarga, é muito alto e incômodo, você acorda no meio da noite de tão auto. Além disso não tem frigobar nem telefone no quarto (nunca vi isso!). O café da manhã é assim razoável, o básico pra não passar fome, mas nada de mais sem muitas variedades. Agora a localização é excelente, principalmente se você não quer pagar a fortuna que os hotéis perto das atrações turísticas de Firenze cobram. O Hotel fica numa cidade próxima chamada Signa e você vai desta cidade até a estação principal de Firenze (Santa Mari Novela) num trem regional que sai da estação que fica perto do do hotel (saiu do hotel, atravessou a rua, tá dentro da estação, não dá nem 100 metros). O bilhete custa só R$ 2,80 (em maio de 2024) e leva menos de meia hora. Em frente ao Hotel tem um restaurante-pizzaria muito bom.
