"The property was in exceptionally poor condition. Rooms were dirty and I believe but could not verify the bedbugs on the sheets. Bathroom was dirty and in poor condition. The TV did not work. When checking in the staff repeatedly asked me when I had made the reservation. After much hunting they found it. Nothing was done by computer mostly manual.
