"We had a nice night at the hotel. Room was clean and staff was great."

" Upon arrival, many Pomeranians started barking at us, they would bark throughout our entire stay. As soon as we walk into the private room, we are met with a strong smell of dog pee. Throughout our entire stay, every time we leave and re-enter the room the smell just gets stronger. We had to constantly use an air freshener which didn't help much. After a few minutes of setting our things down, we notice that the flooring is dirty and sticky as we're walking around. The owners must have been doing construction to their house because the entire week that we were there, we constantly heard drilling and nailing against the connecting wall to what had to have been their kitchen. There was so much yelling going on in the main house that it sounded like they had entered into the room we were staying in. The noise lasted until 9pm for majority of the days. To top it all off, they decided to have a garage sale on our departure date which made it very difficult to navigate around their large items in the small sliver they gave us to walk with our bags. We also had to park on the street and we saw the owners of the house and they saw us, which made it very uncomfortable to leave. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. "

"The staff was nice, but our keys didn’t work for 4 different times, the TV didn’t work the bathroom had issues, the caulking around the base of the toilet was all cracked and there was a large lump of hair in the bathtub .Back to the Keys, we tried to get into our original room on the third floor going back to the front desk twice, then we were moved to the second floor only to have the same issue and after breakfast the day we left the key to our new room didn’t work the second time so another trip to the front desk to wait for help to get us into the room to get our bags to leave."

"The trailer worked perfectly for our stay. The property was quiet and the pool was fun for the kids. Took a minute to figure out all the functions in the trailer but information provided made everything go smoothly."

"Clean home and quiet both in the home and surrounding neighborhood . Kitchen appliances were nice and worked well. Hottub was a welcome plus after long days of hiking. Water pressure and temp were good. Unfortunately wifi was very spotty. Had to unplug and reset the router many times over the course of 5 days. TV was off wifi so constantly shutdown. Didnt use the garage game room but it looked like a fun spot. "
