"The beautiful nightmare began upon arrival. Arrived very hungry and tired. The restaurant closed at 6p and there was no room service. The par room they assigned me had a broken AC. I complained three times and was told it was just weak AC. On the third day I found the operations manager who admitted the AC was broken and moved me after two days of horrible sleep.
