"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. "We really loved staying here. Rolando and his family were super welcoming and at the same time gave privacy in the apartment. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. We had a rental car for this trip but noticed taxis were also available. The property is also within 20 min. of a National Park for good hiking. "We began our tour of Ecuador in Quito here at Santiago's property. The building is more impressive in person. It is attended 24 hours by friendly and helpful security in the lobby. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean. The location is great as the Bosque mall is across the street - you can find anything you'd need there. Andres assisted us with accessing the room, and was also very friendly and accomodating. We plan to return again soon!"
