Absolutely beautiful property! Clean, safe and convenient to everything! The staff is amazing! Alberto was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and even making reservations. He also reserved a taxi for us to the train station (a nine minute ride). We are a family of four and the suite was perfect for us!

Perfect location, wonderful attentive staff, and clean rooms/dining area. The garden at the back is a fantastic bonus, a gorgeous quite place to sit and enjoy a drink- just watch out for the mosquitoes (the hotel provides spray though). The street can be a little noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to request to not be at the front, but we really enjoyed hearing the bubbling of talking and laughter from below. Thanks for our stay!

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Siena. Everything about this place in first class from the communication prior to check in to the information and suggestions at check in. We had a suite which was large with a living area and small balcony,the view over the garden and the hills beyond are stunning.Every has been thought of and done in an professional manner. Breakfast is included and is excellent hot and cold options. All the staff are excellent this has to be your choice if staying in Siena

The hotel management was wonderful. They made us feel at home. We had to leave early in the morning to catch a train so we had to miss the wonderful breakfast. The hotel manager took it upon himself to make us a breakfast box the night before so we would have something to eat the morning we left. Superb hospitality at its finest.

Property was well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast daily was out on a porch overlooking beautiful scenery. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We’d definitely want to stay there again someday.

Perfectly located. Room was large and had a lovely view. The garden in the back is great for enjoying a glass of wine in. Our only gripe and we consider this very minor was that our room was right off the breakfast area. It was a little loud starting at 8 am. The trade off was that our room was also at the back of the hotel so it was dead silent from about 10 pm onward. The service was excellent. We’d stay here again and even stay in the same room.

The Suite next to the breakfast room was large, comfortable with some kitchen amenities including a fridge. Most ideal the windows opened onto the back garden. The outside patio for breakfast was wonderful as was the views. A large back garden saw few visitors. Seating and tables made it a great place to relax. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great location in Siena’s historical centre. Highly recommend this property.

This is a very charming boutique hotel at the center of the most amazing cultural heritage of Siena. It has a spectacular view of the surroundings hills and city wall. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel but misses out on a few things
The hotel is very clean and very well decorated. The location is great and the room we had was very spacious. Check in and out was very easy. The room requires you to insert room key to keep all electricity on. Not sure if this affected the air conditioning or if the air conditioning was just terrible but either way the room was uncomfortable. This wouldn’t be an issue if the AC worked well but it was awful. Took two hours for the AC to drop one degree. Complimentary breakfast was served each day which was ok. My girlfriend got ‘yelled’ at by owner for going down in the breakfast room and looking for a wine key after hours. Sorry but if you’re going to operate a hotel in a very popular wine region, put a key and wine glasses in each room. We stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed Siena

This was such a great stay. The hospitality from Laura, cleanliness, breakfast, location, garden and anything else you could think of were excellent. We’d recommend this hotel without question!

Great location but would not return.
Hotel was in very good location, nice views, nicely decorated room and renovated. Laura was helpful with everything and very prompt to respond to our needs. On the downside, mattress and pillows were exceptionally hard to the point we didn't sleep at nights, no coffee making facility or fridge in the room and no english channels on tv. The breakfast was quite poor. For the price of the room all above were expected. But if the bed was comfortable we would forget about everything else…

Historic building with a lovely garden
This hotel is in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants as well as historic sites. The owners are fabulous and were extremely helpful and accommodating. They provided information before I arrived (train and bus information). The property is very clean and appears to have been recently renovated.

A great place to stay in Seina
The hotel was in a great location. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the garden and the Tuscan Hills beyond. Laura was helpful with information on Seina. Everything was clean and water was left in the room for us. The bathroom was nice with a towel heater. A very accomodating staff. They let us leave our bags after checking out and called a taxi for us. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Perfect location to visit Siena
Wonderful hotel and very friendly staff! The property was renovated recently with great taste. The location is very convenient, close to Piazza del Campo. The larger rooms have amazing views of Siena's countryside
