Definitely not worth staying there!

We stayed there at a cold (0 degrees C) winter day. The room was quite cold, the heating was off during most of the day and night and we barely slept. When we pointed this out to the receptionist/owner, he responded in a very rude way and insulted us. The breakfast was quite bad as well with stale bread and croissants.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte. La posizione è vicinissima ad una delle porte che da accesso al centro di siena, a circa 1,5 km da piazza del campo. La camera spaziosa arredata con elementi essenziali, e funzionali. Colazione buona. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito consigli su dove cenare e il giorno successivo , in cui era previsto il check out, ci ha lasciato la piena disponibilità della camera fino alla nostra partenza. Sicuramente ci torneremo l'anno prossimo per il palio.

Great location, nice staff.

This location is close to the train station, and also very close to the walled old city. It was a delight to stay there and have a peaceful haven within with a nice breakfast. I wish I could have stayed longer in Siena; and will return with my wife someday to explore more.
