10 Riverside is newly refurbished and overlooking the River Sid, this lovely home sits just **235m from the beach** and moments from Sidmouth’s shops, bars and restaurants. With everything so close, you can simply park up and enjoy a relaxed stay in and around town.
Set over three floors, the top level features a bright twin bedroom. The first floor includes the family bathroom, a king bedroom and a double bedroom, along with a separate family shower room.
On the ground floor, a welcoming hallway leads into an open‑plan kitchen, dining and lounge space with two sofas and a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a convenient downstairs toilet — no need to head upstairs each time.
Outside, a small courtyard with a table and chairs offers a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.
