"I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. "9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). "The only thing what was excellent, the pool. Really 2 pools, what you can use anytime. Otherwise the guys who work there are very kind, but they don’t know anything about european hospitality or hotel management. We got towels just on the second day, we always had to wait for the food, on the first night , for more than 2 hours. The breakfast is from 9. If we sat down to the table at 9, we got it 9:45-10am.
